Planet Green Africa

Nyasa Moto began with a practical question: what if the waste left behind by farms and markets could become a cleaner cooking fuel for Malawian homes? Planet Green Africa was built around that answer, turning agricultural residues into briquettes that help families cook with less pressure on forests.

From the start, the idea was never just about a product. It was about making clean cooking feel close to home: affordable enough for everyday kitchens, dependable enough for institutions and distributed through local networks that create income in the communities PGA serves.

That early vision still guides the work today. Every Nyasa Moto briquette carries the same promise: cleaner kitchens, stronger local livelihoods and a Malawi-led response to one of the country’s most urgent energy challenges.
